Stretching

In addition to the classical roller-leveling, Coil Pro provides as an option the ability to stretch your material before it is cut to length. As such it is certain that the material is worked upon to the core and the internal tensions are homogeneously reduced to a minimum (however without changing the structure of the material).

This is ideal for laser cutting, especially in critical applications such as cutting long narrow strips.

Also for bending operations the tension-free stretched sheets are ideal thanks to a homogeneous elastic springback.
The assembling and welding also operates without efforts. In short, stretched sheets save time and make cost savings possible.
